Stir generally has a good pulse on certain markets inside and outside of major cities. We went out to talk with several child care providers ranging from 12-14,000 square feet centers in Scott and Carver County. We determined through research and market studies that were completed that we knew that there was quite the pent up demand for a daycare provider to sustain and be able to build a 16-20,000 square foot center. We chose Next Steps Learning with United Properties as our prime partner for this two acre site. -

We had the pleasure to have met the founders of several charter school groups at a NCSRC conference when they were just getting started with their schools across the country back in 2004. Our clients have come to rely on our expertise and the ability to have just the right blend for the right “recipe” to Stir’s clients that may be looking to sell both their real estate and businesses. -
