    Sunrise Senior Living has been a longtime Stir client. We have had the pleasure of working with Sunrise Senior Living to grow into other communities in the Midwest and on the East Coast. Stir has always taken to heart that if we receive a call for a second project, we know that we did a good job on the very first one! It has always been our mentality to work proactively for that second call! This fabulous project was a 64-unit assisted living and memory care facility located in the gorgeous community of Minnetonka, MN. We are proud we were able to get to budget after Sunrise Senior Living went out to talk with several other firms. Total project budget $12,000,000.

  • Elk Ridge Memory Care

    Stir was hired to be the construction manager for Elk Ridge Memory Care, a very complicated and demanding project. Our client from Vancouver, Washington had extremely high expectations and put their trust and confidence in Stir’s resources to get this project done and to get it done right, right out of the gate and to be able to hit their final budget number. We brought in just the right groups and subcontractors from demolition, earthwork, utilities and other subcontractors in other arenas. The overall budget for this facility was $12,000,000. Stir was able to deliver and complete for just over $11,000,000.

    For The Lighthouse, New Perspective Senior Living relied on Stir’s expertise, resources and services to determine who would be just the right outfit and Team from a design / build perspective for the second phase of this community out in Waconia, MN. This was absolutely a wonderful project for Stir to be a part of. Adding more assisted living and adding a new memory care center with wellness and rehabilitation for this campus. Stir was honored to be a part in working along-side of the entire Novaczyk family. This beautiful independent living, assisted living and memory care center really struck a chord with the city and its community being right near Ridgeview Medical Center. A very exciting project indeed! To be able to bring in more services to the city that were and still are needed to this day. Total project budget $4,900,000.

We had the pleasure to work in this community of Waseca, MN, with the entire Worke family to helping, them grow and achieve their goals in other markets as well as outside and inside the metro area in the multi-family and the senior care industries.     Ingleside Senior Living, was another project that Stir was called back for. Shortly after the second phase of Colony Court was completed in Waseca, MN. This community in Fairmont, MN had recognized a need to add more units of memory care with additional assisted living. Stir assisted in design / build services. Project budget $2,900,000.
